This book is a good intro. The book never really comes down to the steps and maybe it’s written to introduce the idea and then for you to pick and choose and build up on this journey. Good read though.

This gives you a thorough understanding of the basics of trying the ketogenic diet.Reading this has been extremely helpful and has removed any reservations I had about trying the diet.For most everyone needing to lose a lot of weight this is one very doable option but might not be an option for some, though it looks very safe to me. The author who is a doctor notes that the ketogenic diet has reversed many peoples' very serious diseases.
