I found that this book is a starting point

Important Recipes to help detox your body and give it the raw nutrients it needs. I found that this book is a starting point to a new healthy life. All the smoothies look good, but it needs a 12-day plan to be complete.

Love these recipes!


I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know that the recipes in this book are amazing. They are flavorful and fulfilling. There is so much variety and I haven't been disappointed yet. One thing I would like to point out though is that you have to make sure you have time to prepare the meals, which would mean preparing your lunch ahead of time if you are someone who is not working from home. I love that this book uses fresh ingredients and highly recommend it for people looking into making an easy transition into a healthier way of eating!

An excellent handbook on natural remedies with many recipes for making herbal teas, decoctions, tinctures, infusions, medicines and more.
We find a list of all healing herbs with their respective properties and fields of application.

A Good beginning to transition to a healthy alkali



I will substitute many of the spices I use now that we're removed from Dr. Sebi's list to others on the list to discover new tastes. I found this book to be a guideline of what to eat as to how to prepare or create my meals. I am a creative cook so I will discover a new taste.

Enjoyed reading this book.

Learning the history of the author as well as more history on Dr. Sebi makes a connection in the process of learning about the alkaline diet. You will learn why it is important to keep a good alkaline level, what types of herbs and foods to eat, how to exercise and more. Recipes include smoothies, wraps, main dishes, desserts. Enjoyed reading this book.
