Some of the recipes are time consuming. Some of the recipes have ingredients that I had to look for - they weren't in my regular grocery store. I was able to find everything at a high end grocer. The food is good, or at least I like most of it. It is hard work only if you allow it to be. I haven't made every recipe in the book. I make what I like.

Their recipes are mostly wheat & dairy free - they use coconut and almonds instead. So if you have an allergy to either of these items, this book would not be a good choice for you. Everything I've made tastes really good, however I usually have to adjust the method to get a better dish.

Love! I have made several items out of this and so far they have all been great! Just made the leak fennel pear soup it was excellent! Oh and The Chia putting is very yummy!
