About this listen

Richard has escaped his oppressive government, fleeing to the safety of a peaceful country.

But his online troubles are only growing worse. His war now includes not one, but two elder gods and at least one enigmatic artificial intelligence. His allies are few and out for themselves. It's on Rich and his draconic brother to solve the mystery of this game that isn't a game and figure out how to save a world.

And perhaps they can save a god as well, if Konol can be reached in time....

A somewhat unsatisfying end

This book has a lot of good stuff in it, but is in some ways the weakest of the trilogy. It has less of the clever plans and strategies I have come to love. On the upside, it answers a lot of questions that have been present since the beginning, and the answers are pretty good. It does leave a few important things unexplained though, and the ending feels a lot like "To be continued" and leaves some of the characters in a very bad state, which kind of sucks since it looks like this is the last book in this series. There's one more book in Generica Online, which might explain things, but I still wish the author had just ended it here. I still recommend this book and this series, but brace yourself for a bit of a letdown.

An Isekai mmorpg dystopian future w/ Lovecraftian undertones.

This book pulls together several genres and does a good job of it. Stat block info dumps are boring and make for dull dead space in the audio format but it is forgivable. Overall very creative and fun.

Game of thrones season 8 levels of disappointment.

Awesome setting, awesome story, but it just feels like the author burnt out while writing this book.

So good

Not a huge fan of litrpg in truth. But book one was free with my membership so I checked it out. Then I ended up using my credit and buying the third book. It’s a really good series and well worth checking out.

Not at good as Threadbear

It is however starting to fill in some of the blanks within the threadbare world and frankly I'm really looking forward to when the two worlds start to mesh coherently.

A Heart Wrenching End to an Incredible Series

The entire Generica series has been an absolute treat to listen to, and the last book of Blasphemy Online definitely doesn't disappoint. Without going too much into spoiler territory, I can say without a doubt that fans of the series will be flooded with emotions before the last page is through. Truly a Masterpiece.
