About this listen

Free yourself from donuts, cakes, pies, cookies and other sweets with methods psychologists use to get people off drugs. Drinking too much coffee? Overdosing yourself with 5-hour energy or red bull? Liberate yourself from coffee or energy drinks. Quit chips, fries, and fast food, too! These strategies also work to free you from a dependence on salty fat bombs.

Release yourself from caffeine the way psychologists free people from cocaine. Put your eating habits in rehab. The psychological strategies in this audiobook, developed by treatment centers to reduce drug cravings, will eliminate or seriously reduce your intake of sugar, salt, and fat. The result? Permanent weight loss without dieting.

Release yourself from problem foods with the book Kirkus Reviews called, "[A] wellness strategy that changes the way you think about food.”

I really liked the author's sense of humor. He has good tips for self-control that I can actually apply to other areas of life besides lack of discipline with food. Narrator was animated and kept it interesting.
