An audiobook to creating a mental model
Great, engaging, could not multitask after the beginning, really need to pay attention, take notes, etc. This is incredibly thorough, helpful and appreciated. The part about adjusting speed was very important, helped to go deeper into the subject, I sped up and slowed down at times which has helped immensely, and rather than some guy telling me stuff, my experience is that this is someone I am working with. Great content - great job!

Insightful and helpful audiobook
This guide was a great match for me. It pulled together things that I was aware of but unable to verbalize and gave me focused areas that I can work on. I knew that I had emotional reactions that are unproductive, but did not understand the mechanisms behind them or understand how mindfulness could help (it's been recommended to me) until taking this guide.
The best thing for me was a moment of clarity when I realized I have access to the things that charge me positively almost all of the time. I appreciated all of the exercises.
The only thing I had an issue with was understand on the four types of energy. The rest of the guide is supported and explained, but this part seemed to come out of the blue, was not supported or contextualized (for me), and seems to suggest that it's a scientific way to think instead of maybe just a helpful way to think.

Valuable information
Very good experience - explains how the brain works and how to manage impulses. More importantly, it gives us tools to regain control of the situation by practicing Mindfulness (I am a 2 year practitioner now, so I can tell you- it works) and the benefits of emotional intelligence on our daily life (work and at home) Thank you.
