Science and implementation tips
Definitely one of the best books on nutrition, preventative measures and lifestyle choices to put healthcare in the hands of patients rather than the pharmaceutical industry. Much needed information in today's age of diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome and the preponderance of unsubstantiated nutrition advice on the internet.

The Best book on Fasting
Fasting isn’t really about what you’re eating and not eating. It’s more about how you eat. Refreshing, science-backed, and filled with success stories, this is (in my opinion) a must-read for anyone, and especially for those with disordered eating/chronic health issues.
