insightful and informative.
For the longest time, I found hot sauce to be intimidating, but this book takes all the fear and intimidation out of the process. From the step-by-step guide to the tools needed, this book has set my mind at ease and has made making hot sauce from scratch approachable and fun! The book also goes into the history of fermentation as well, which is insightful and informative.

I highly recommend this book.
I love adding heat to all of my dishes and this book is the perfect companion to keep it diverse and switch it up. I am so impressed on the variety of hot sauces from around the world that are in this book. I highly recommend this book if you love spice and are interested in learning more about fermentation. Super stoked I picked this one up!

This book, in my opinion, is the best I have ever read on the subject. It's concise and has all the fluff stripped out, and it is right to the point in an easy-to-read format and yet contains all the information that you need to accomplish the recipe as well as how to store it.

This is a great hot sauce book
This is a great hot sauce book for both beginners, and beyond. The variety of hot sauces from around the world is pretty impressive, touching on Hawaiian Chile Water, Llajua, and Mojo Picon. I wasn't expecting this book to carry a lot of authenticities, and it surprised me greatly. Sometimes when you get these types of books it's all concoctions that the chef has created - which is a lot of fun - but I'm wanting to learn more about the process and create familiar sauces.
