A Great Read/Listen w/Many Reminders and New Facts
This has a lot of easy to remember tips and suggestions! The book is light hearted and he has some great ideas on how to eat!! Well worth it!!!

A tasteful treatise on uncommon sense
I live in the world and I am subject to the constant barrage of marketing surrounding the promotion of food and drugs. This story may not be profound, but it is nonetheless essential. This book helped my and my family and was well worth the time it took to understand.
I also grew up in a Betty Crocker household and Michael's story helped me understand what that is, why that is, and the potential consequences of living that way.

Time for an update?
I enjoyed Food Rules and given that it’s a ‘list’ of rules, I didn’t want or expect it to be too long. I’ll probably listen again in fact. Some of Pollan’s rules made me laugh, but I have to wonder if he’d edit, add to or drop any of those 64 rules today, 14 years after publication of the original list.

Excellent listen
I simply love this book. I’ve been cooking all my life and I am of Greek descent. I find many of the rules I just kind of grew up with without really thinking of them as rules. It was just the way that I was brought up. My take is if you follow these rules you’ll live a long happy life and not stress so much over what we eat.
