A good start to health & fitness
How simple and excellent this advice is. Backed up by research, common sense and an easy conversational style in writing this book give you the facts about diet and fitness myths. Before you change your lifestyle to become a muscle bound freak or just a healthy bunny, listen to this book that Bob Sinfield narrates in a beautiful manner to set you on the path of healthy living. Worth listening to once a year.
