Another great one by Michael Matthews

This book does an excellent job filling in the gaps you may have in you fitness and nutrition knowledge. It is the perfect book to listen to after you finish "Bigger Leaner Stronger: The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Male Body." I highly recommend it. The content, writing style, and narration are all top notch.

I be read a lot of book I m pro coach for me universe etc that book will get you everywhere closest to you biological limitations;)

Decent material, but the reader sounds like a punk

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

If I had a friend who was dedicated to body-building, then I might recommend this book. My hesitation comes from the fact that the "science" the author keeps talking about is never cited.

How could the performance have been better?

The reader is very, very annoying. He sounds like a muscle-head and the entire time I kept thinking that there was something... condescending about his voice.

Great book!!

This book is perfect for anyone looking to find simple yet in depth health and fitness information based in science and experience. And the narrator, Jeff Justice, guides you through it effortlessly. So easy to listen to and comprehend. I would definitely try other books by Mike Mathews given the integrity of this one. Thanks so much.

Don't be surprised if you fell for many of these

Dispelling bad info and providing solid information per usual for Mike. Jeff Justus narration is smooth and even.

Good start to building the body of your dreams

If you are thinking of making a change to your body, then listen to this book. Might just save you money, time and pain. No quick fix but debunks some of the myths of building the body of your dreams. Don't just listen to this book as you need to do some more research which will probably confuse you but it is a great start.

I listened to this entire book in one day. I'm addicted to listening to Michael Matthews. I really learned alot. I look forward to applying these teachings to my own regiment.

Good info

I did learn a few things but I have to agree the reader is not right for this book it sounds like he was reading a children's story of all the books I heard this one so far did not keep me very engaged

great to the the point

i really enjoyed this read and the information makes sense and can be looked up for verification. i follow another fitness personality and their information if on the same page. its a great read and reminds you of a lot of things, you may have forgotten from bigger leaner stronger or thinner leaner stronger. if your new to Mike Matthews and not sure if you should invest, this book may be a good choice before bigger leaner stronger. i thought so. im a long time lifter and it helped me simplify and correct some of the mistakes i was making in the gym and in my diet while i read bigger leaner stronger.
