Kind thoughts
I loved the whole book. It reminds me not to be so hard on myself. I am my worst critic. Sometimes I don’t like myself because of the way I act or thing but now I understand to be gentle with myself that makes slow baby changes.

White Privilege, no thanks!
I loved listening to the author speak and I was genuinely interested in the book. However, I regretted my purchase as soon as she mentioned white privilege and that women, black, and trans are more stressed, and what she means by “woman.” Not for me, but some will love this book!
