So refreshing

I love how Dr. Chatterjee focuses on our mind first and not covering issues like a bandaid. So refreshing and not intimidating at all.

Great message - bad medium

I’m sad to give this book only 2 stars because I love Dr. Chatterjee so much; and I plan to buy the print version of this book. That being said, this book is NOT a suitable format for learning retention and referencing back to certain feel better methods he mentions - there are way too many different options he lists for ways to feel better in 5 that by the time you were to pause the book each time to write them down…you could’ve received it in print and saved a lot of trouble. The supplemental PDF was nice, but didn’t help a lot with remembering the details of each “feel better” method he suggests. Like I said - great message, but poor medium to communicate it.
