Sometimes you just need to hear it from a girlfriend
Goddesses Don’t Diet: The Girlfriend’s Guide tells it like it is. This was a fun and eye opening audiobook that presented information in lay-woman terms making it easy to digest. It felt like a a good conversation with a girlfriend that left me feeling empowered and ready to step into a healthier version of myself by incorporating intermittent fasting with a healthy lifestyle. I appreciated the authors real-life experiences, which were both entertaining and insightful. I most loved the wisdom shared by this goddess that was not food related, but rather those aspects of my life that are crucial to my overall health and well-being, but which I often ignore… hydration, movement, and sleep to name a few. I will certainly be sharing this audiobook with my girlfriends and highly recommend it to all the other goddesses out there.

Wow t a must read
I wish that I had this book when I was 18 not 61.It would have changed many things especially how I feel about myself. I am on day 2 of my fast, I feel great and my mind is more focused than it was before. Honestly I feel better than when I was in my 20's. She tells it like it is with her. real life examples to judge by. I don't miss eating and the bone broth with black pepper works. All I can say is thank you.

Not impressed
This book is a personal experience of an already thin person (140’s), who goes on a 14 day fast. She reiterated information written by Dr. Jason Fung (save yourself the frustration and just buy his books). You will get better information without all of the self serving drama. Totally wasted my money and time on this one.
