Loved it all! I love the way she explains everything. It all makes sense!! I am turning my eating lifestyle around because of her information I’ve received not just this book but all podcasts! Life-changing!
This book was absolutely incredible. It far exceeded my expectations. The depth and detail in which Elizabeth Bright explains the why's and the how's about the medical industry are mind-blowing. There were many occasions in which I had to replay sections because the information was shocking to me. I will listen to the audio book again and plan on buying a hard copy for my personal library.
