Important book
Taubes wrote a book that changed my health. This book not only vindicated my philosophy about eating. It also has helped me with guilt about eating animals. I am 76 years old and feel better than I did 15 or 20 years ago. I published a Kindle Book, "Shed the Pounds, Keep the Beer." a few years ago about my diet which differs only a bit from the authors, but our views as to the health benefits of meat consumption are spot on.
