2 in 1 !!!!!

I have listened to the first audio book of this bundle before but after relistening to it and finishing the rest of the bundle I have a full understanding that you don't need just one thing to calm you down. I have listened to several audio book for Mindfulness Training and I have loved everyone of them and this one is no different. Yes, it is a bit longer than I would like for a guided meditation on the go, but this bundle can easily be broken into two. The woman they have narrating this book is fantastic. Her voice is clear and smooth and really helps put you to easy. She isn't a drone and you won't feel as though she is scolding you or judging you for your technique. In fact she states this to help put you at easy. These are meant to aid and assist in your normal routine of meditation. I have come to understand meditation in a new light through these audio books. I have always thought of meditation as a specific set of guidelines you have to follow. Like sit in a quiet room on the floor, on a mat or blanket. Or the one I have tried and failed at which is sit on the floor in an indian style position with "meditation" or "new age" music. These guided meditation audio books strips away the need to have anything other than a safe environment, yourself and of course something to listen to the audio book on. I highly recommend this bundle or any others in the guided meditation series. You can't go wrong with Mindfulness Training.

This is a very good value for the money. The first section helped to relax me so much. The second helped me focus. I received this for free for an honest review.

This is a good guide.

If you could sum up Guided Meditation in three words, what would they be?

Helpful, guided, focusing.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that it was to the point, helpful, keep you on track. When my mind went wondering It was brought back to the moment.

Have you listened to any of Mindfulness Training’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No this is my first time listening to one of their training performance. I did find it a little distracting with the loud noise and music, that why I gave it four stars.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Guided Meditation?

I will have to listen to this performance again to get it full benefits. I am sure it will help me to focus on my breath and help me to relax. And hopefully get a good night sleep.

Peaceful

I got this ARC via audiobook boom. I found this to be very peaceful. Th narrators voice was mostly calming although at times it felt as if she was reaching too deep. I was able to relax many of my stress points and improve my breathing. I would recommend the book.

Longer length with the bundle gives more options

There's a more tinkly keyboard background to this one than some of the others from this series. Makes it easier to listen to during the day, while still keeping things relaxing. Yet it's not so attention grabbing that you can't fall asleep listening to it at night.

I took this on a business trip with me and played it on my phone for my roommate. We both found it very refreshing and relaxing to listen to, lessening conference stress.

Bias alert, I'm a big fan of these audiobooks. Very relaxing, always leave me in a good place, and this one is a great substitute for a nap if you can find a quiet place to listen or are stuck as a passenger for extended periods in a plane or car but need to stay awake.

The bundle gives more options - listen to one or both. I think it's a really good value. I really like the Mindfulness Training series and was glad I had the chance to volunteer to listen.

Achieve gorgeous sleep😴

I love the peaceful easy vibe mindfulness training book's give me.
Bliss for me is a hot 🛀 and this book.
I wake up feeling good and relaxed like I've slept 8 hours when in reality I usually get no more than 6.
I requested this book in exchange for my honest review because I always know what to expect.
From the narration to the state of mind they put me in, it's always great 👌
If you haven't listened to a mindfulness training book I highly recommend them.

A Very Helpful Meditation

This longer meditation (2 in 1) has helped me tremendously in the last week. Although it's not a pain relief meditation, it's helped me to relax and helped relieve some pain and stress. Really greatly appreciated.
