Better than wine!

This meditation for heartbreak, loss, and/or abandonment is incredibly effective. The first time I listened to it, I found myself letting go of current and ancient loss, I actually cried with relief over past losses that I didn’t realize I still carried. Afterwards, I felt lighter and relaxed, as if a weight had been lifted. I’m an RN, so I’ve learned not to hold onto losses (or so I thought.) I plan to gift it to my mom, who lost my dad a few years ago, after 60 years of a loving marriage. This audiobook works!
