Hour after hour of list after list

This book is really difficult to do through audio. The authors reference numerous studies and researchers, referencing multiple lists and techniques. It ends up reading like a meta analysis of all research in the field that might be interesting to a graduate student writing s research paper, but difficult for someone to follow in their daily commute to work.

Off-track

The author spends too much time on Greek philosophy and makes too many assertions. I was hoping for a practical guide but instead I merely got fuzzy thinking, appeals to so called authorities, and references to movies

I had high hopes but just found it so boring

and the reader so monotonous. maybe it would be better in written form. I could not get through it.
