Great book to read.
Great book to read if you want to transform your daily eating into a more healthy and beneficial dietary routine. I work two jobs and using this book, I have been able to transform my lunchbox diet into one that's fresh and healthy instead of bland and processed. Amazing.

You will get inspired to manage your life better.
I took lots of notes and I realized that I have already developed these behaviors at work and I created a spreadsheet years ago that organizes the first two hours of my job and puts me far ahead. However, home life is mismanaged and unruly. I shrink from micro managing my peaceful home life but this book gave me some great tools to strengthen habits I wish I had like reading every single day, keeping track of expenses daily, and other things. It helps me go home and accomplish goals in small intentional ways every day without getting out of work just to go home and work. You will get inspired to manage your life better.
