This book is pretty good

The significant distinction is the other book referenced again and again that you can eat anything you desire on the eating routine, during your eating window. That data isn't valid. This book clarifies the eating routine quite well. I strongly prescribe it. What's more, the best part is the eating routine truly works.

simply over 50 years of age.

On my mom's orders, I set out to find an effective diet for him to lose a few extra pounds accumulated over the years. Looking on Acx platform I came across this book. Both my mom and I were impressed because in addition to explaining the various methods of fasting there are various recipes that look very tasty. My mom has already started, hopefully well. That's all, I hope I was helpful and anyway I recommend it.

Very interesting book that describes all the pros and cons about fasting and how to use this method to stay healthy and fit after your fifty. I found many useful advice and I think women should really read this book, even just to inform themselves and to discover another way of dealing with food. The author is very capable in my opinion because she describes everything with a clear language.

On the subject is beyond comparison

I liked the in depth explanations of the topic of autophagy and how diet, exercise and sleep are related. On medical technical areas a few times times a simpler explanation could have helped.
