Awesome audiobook !
I would absolutely recommend this audiobook; I really enjoyed its lightest. Unlike your usual dieting book, The Whole Body Restart for Healthy Aging makes you feel confident about aging and empowered. It is a quick and easy listen; it gives you great advice and recommendation, not only about dieting, but also about being healthy and emancipated. The advices are easy to implement into our daily life and routine, dieting has never seen so easy. After listing to this book, I’m motivated to try again and this time to stick to my diet. I Love the Whole Body Approach
This book is as comprehensive as they come. I loved the details on the "whole body" and not just about one facet of aging. It also seems extremely current and practical. The book is also very well written and narrated, and I felt like I was listening to the wise words of my loving mother or grandmother. This was important to be as sometimes this kind of advice can be dry. But instead, I found it engaging, hopeful, and endearing!

Great tips
A great book. Finally, someone who understands what it means to feel old. Perfect and detailed guide. It's not just about recipes and what to eat, but how to move at our age without feeling guilty that we're not as strong and flexible as we were just a few years ago. I liked that she did 2 weeks for the exercises and 2 weeks for the food plan. I'm starting it today. The list for shopping is not arranged. She just wrote everything, so I will have to make an effort to make a list with the recipes. And, of course, how to make ourselves do it because sometimes our mind gives out. It's great that she also added a pdf so we can visualize the exercises and recipes.

Game Changer
I recently listened to "The Whole Body Restart for Healthy Aging" by Page West and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The author does a great job of breaking down the science behind the 14-day diet plan, making it easy to understand why it works and what changes are happening in my body. And the best part is, the plan is completely doable - I didn't feel like I was starving myself or depriving myself of my favorite foods.
But what I really appreciated about this book was how it goes beyond just weight loss. West emphasizes the importance of taking care of our mental health as we age, and provides practical tips for reducing stress and improving sleep. I found myself nodding along and taking notes throughout the entire book.
Overall, "The Whole Body Restart for Healthy Aging" is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health as they age. I highly recommend it!

Life Changing ,Inspiring ,Highly Encouraging
I am in my 60s and the book The Whole Body Restart for Health by Page West has really inspired me to change and restart my health. As you age there are many things we are fighting against to maintain the health that we get lost and it gets just harder. This book is the roadmap to getting back on track in every way from just moving and changing the mindset from the inspirational quotes throughout the book.
Then there are not many resources that are as thorough and complete as this book The book is well-written and loaded with information and tools from the exercises on stretching to recipes to reset your mind. The two chapters that really brought it home for me and let me know I can do this were Your Key to Food Mastery: The 10 Rules of
Clean Eating and Your 14-Day Meal Plan (With Shopping List. These tools are powerful and full of details that anyone can implement in their daily life with life-changing results Highly Recommend Health Guide
