Simple, Short, yet Profound

The fact that this book addresses so many of the challenges, and opportunities for maturing in a profound manner, in such a short time, makes it uniquely useful. Many such books I’ve read and listened to take far too much print, and still leave one confused and feeling unfulfilled. No nearly so much with this book.

I highly recommend this book for oneself, and for a parent or friend wanting to help others along their path.

About my only comment that could have made this book more impactful, is that the presenters sound so much alike (I’m assume they are brothers) one has to really pay attention to follow which is which. Maybe not such a bad thing? It’s probably dependent on who is listening.

Simplify the complex.

Well worth the time. This complex topic is simplified by building concept on top of concept.

An excellent into to the self-actualization concept

The book is easy to follow on audio version. It is a great summary of all the great point readers need to begin their self-care, self-understanding, self-exploration, and self-compassion processes. The book is a good initial motivation tool for people to take the first in making themselves happier and kore satisfied every day.

Did not get anything from this book

I was not impressed with this book at all. I did not hear anything significant or learn anything new. The narrators voice was extremely annoying and thankfully the book ended quickly.

Hard to listen but short

Voice of narrator was distractingly enthusiastic for much of the book, making the whole book sound like one long, drawn out conclusion. I had a hard time getting into and digesting much of any of the ideas and I'm not sure if it was the voice itself or the content as well.
