What I needed on my healing journey
This book reminded me to be more gentle with myself, and to acknowledge the ways I was breaking my own heart. I’ve promised myself to move slower and listen to my intuition. I will practice forgiving myself and set aside time alone to hear my own voice so I can meet my own needs rather than being so available to meet everyone else’s. Healing from the trauma I’ve faced is now my priority and responsibility. I now have so tools to help me accomplish my goal.
