Publisher's summary

Now divorced and over the people who deliberately wounded me, I set myself on a journey to forgive and remove toxicity from my heart. After a few years, I thought I was successful in achieving that goal. However, over the past few months, I realized I had inner wounds that needed healing.

I had to reinvest in my mental health and dive into therapy again. Just like when someone needs to see the doctor for a physical illness, I had to seek a therapist in order to achieve peace.

Join me as I unearth the intricate compartments of buried fears, anxiety and depression through therapy, which allowed me to forgive myself through grace!

Wow! Very touching.

I was intrigued by the author’s honesty and vulnerability in sharing her hurt, pain, and disappointment with readers. I found the story to be captivating—I could not wait to pick it up again after taking a break from listening. I was able to put myself in her shoes and felt her pain (even she’d a tear) when she went to work on a day she was scheduled to be off because of where her mind was (or wasn’t). I am definitely going to share this book with a friend I know is currently going through a divorce, because I feel this would be encouraging to her. I love the fact that she encourages people to get treatment if they are experiencing anxiety or depression. I enjoyed listening to this book! 😊👍🏽
