About this listen

A lethal killing machine gets in touch with her feelings as this action-packed progression fantasy continues.

The cyborg known as NSLICE-00P—Non-Standard Leashed-Intelligence Cybernetic Enforcer—was created to be an unstoppable weapons platform that could take out even the strongest of heroes. But when she was cast out of her own reality, she found herself without orders or a controller—but with a new lease on life.

Joined by her loyal compatriots—and a beyond-loyal corps of cyborg-enhanced critters—NSLICE-00P is taking an active role in shaping her altered circumstances. Part of which means gathering allies for the Empire, which has been getting overwhelmed by new dungeons, leading to more monsters than anyone can handle. So it's lucky for everyone that, in addition to her formidable physical armory, NSLICE-00P now has a growing magical arsenal at her disposal. And she's going to need every weapon she can get her hands on.

Because someone very high up in the Imperial power structure is making a bid for dominion. And a key component to his nefarious plan involves the use—and betrayal—of a certain high-powered cyborg . . .

The third volume of the hit LitRPG fantasy series—with more than two million views on Royal Road—now available on Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, and Audible!

I loved everything except the needles last filler chapter. like why you were doing so good and you just had to shove that in there. but the book was still fantastic and I can't wait for the next one

reduced needless stst screen readout from 4 1 hr chapters to one hidden at the end

Another fun installment in the series. Author does a nice job of keeping the story entertaining, I was never bored at any point.T narrator once again delivers an excellent product.

Tons of fun

I wasn't sure if I should buy this book or not. I really enjoyed the first two books, however there was an issue that made them hard to listen to. I should probably say that I am no stranger to LitRpgs, So I am also familiar with the whole status rundown that they like to do. This series has historical been the worst case of the whole status rundown. I mean when the rundown is 40+ minutes it grows tedious. Especially when Zero inspects it so often. It doesn't really make you feel like she is progressing. It honestly just felt like fluff to make the book longer. Now that I have made my opinion on the other 2 books known. I have to say it is a breath of fresh air for this book to not have many of those moments. The pacing and mood felt so much better in this book due to it. I wasn't in constant dread that the story would have to pause for another minor update that would take the rest of the chapter to finally be summarized. I really appreciated the change to this book and hope that this change continues on through the rest of the series as well. I have been enjoying Zero learning more about her human side and how those connections actually matter. If this series continues to grip me this way. I will definitely be buying new book as it is released. Hope to see more from this series soon.

By far the best in the series.

Third book in the series delivered excellently. Fun, cheeky, progression, terminations. What else do you want out of a book?

Excellent

This has to be one of the greats. Great story, great focus on multiple character and great ending!

Every character voice is clear and recognizable without any question of who is talking. Loved book 3. Totally continues the story

Excellent voice for the story

Love the book but an one hour of status a bit to much if I do say so myself. I am looking forward to the next book loving the story overall.

loved it but the end

This is the third book and it's still interesting. That's a nice achievement. I'm looking forward to see if the trend continues.

still interesting

in the first 2 books they would read off the main characters stat sheet for upwards of 40 minutes straight with no clear division between the stat read and more plot relevant information.

In this book, the stat reads are significantly less frequent, are kept separate from the plot, and thus are easier to skip if you don't want to spend the better part of an hour listening to a character sheet being read.

My only complaint from previous installments has been fixed.
