About this listen

An unstoppable killing machine is unleashed to do . . . whatever she wants in this fast-paced, action-packed spin-off of the Faceless Minion series.

She's unlike any one or any thing else: a Non-Standard Leashed-Intelligence Cybernetic Enforcer aka NSLICE-00P. The first of her kind, she's let loose into a universe of superheroes on behalf of her sinister masters to destroy all who oppose them.

And everything's going according to plan—until NSLICE-00P gets hacked and sent into the past to kill her own creator before he creates her. Obeying orders as always, she wastes the poor guy. Unfortunately, there are consequences to initiating a reality-breaking time paradox. The most significant: total ejection from that reality.

Now the cyborg finds herself in a world of skills and levels, with the distinct advantage of possessing a dungeon core. She'll have to make her way without orders, programming, or limitations. NSLICE-00P suddenly has a whole new life ahead of her. If only she can keep herself from blowing things up at the drop of a hat, she'll be just fine . . .

The first volume of the hit LitRPG fantasy series—with more than two million views on Royal Road—now available on Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, and Audible!

Its not bad

Overall the story was fine but I had a few issues with the story. First of all the narration choice for the MC's voice and thoughts was spot on for the character but it comes off very flat which makes for harder listening. It was an accurate portrayal but it makes listening harder. Outside of that the MC is above and beyond a little busted to the point that its a little silly. Its probably in the realm of Wolverine in that its not as if you couldn't stop him but you would probably want to walk into things knowing how to counter him. The MC is kind of like that even if its a stretch people walk blindly into them and she breaks them in half.

Fun twist on an old story

Fun ideas. The comedic lines were good for a chuckle. I'm going to get the next book.

Fantastic, by every genre metric!

A long, well written story. Includes stats, but at ending of chapters to easily skip. Shows excellent cyborg drone evolving to free agent (over three or four books). Brilliant and interesting. All a well written story, but even more, a most fitting narrator!

To those who want to know, the story is that a very immature cyborg slave is forcefully enlisted by the villains and then again by the rebel "liberators", saves the world, and finally due to unforseen circumstances of physics, is rewarded with her freedom with the caveot that she is isekai'd and probably can't return to her original world. Totally alone, she matures and learns extremely fast while (1) slightly breaking the new world and also (2) becoming it's most notable hero in recorded history... Also, totally humorous and uplifting!

Great Story with an unique protagonist

Very fun story with interesting characters. Completely worth listening to. Only issue is when they review characters stat page it takes way to long and goes on for 4 or 5 min. Bypass this and it’s great

Worth the listen, but with a caveat.

This story is worth the listen however be aware that throughout the series, even as far as book 3, there are huge runtime padding stat dumps. A 40min stat dump in a 15h book should have been edited out or reduced imo, but aside from that its an easy recommend for light listening.

A little too crunchy with the stats

Chapter 27 had 20 min dedicated to her status and only 10 min devoted to the story. AND, that's not the only chapter that has it.
I like stats as much as the next litRPG isekai fan, but the stats in the story can be a little much.
Why put the whole freaking status multiple times?
I would have preferred only the relevant parts.
I'd say on a whole, 1/3 of the running time is just the main characters stats. Maybe I'm over exaggerating a little, but not by much.

loved the narration and characters.

The narrator was excellent, this is the first time I've heard her work and she absolutely killed it.

One con of the story was the ludicrously long Stat readouts, I found myself skipping those but I enjoyed pretty much everything else about it.

Review: That’s pretty good

Lost exploited cyborg sent to fantasy world. No way home. Foreign technology in magical Litrpg world. Shenanigans ensue.

If you want to barebones it’s Alice in Wonderland but Alice is actually the Tin-man who doesn't know she’s looking for a heart. Overall highly suggest this as a good slightly crunchy Litrpg novel that has little to no stress of plot.
