Great book Great narration by narrator
This is a great book that gives a lot of important information about intermittent fasting and keto dieting. It addresses issues for those who have never done a keto diet or who have not done intermittent fasting. The narrator does a great job of explaining and conveying those key points in the book. I enjoyed the book very much and do plan to recommend this audiobook to friends. I like the audio version of this book better than the paperback addition, it's much better to listen to than to read it. Great job to the narrator who did the narration and great job to the writer.
