Very helpful audiobook
If you had heard about benefits of intermittent fasting and wanted to try this eating method - this is a must have book for you. I tried to figure out by myself what kind of fasting is optimal for me (16:8, 24 or 12 hours) and this book answered to all my questions, this is a great road map in understanding the A to Z of intermittent fasting. I also liked that author explained how you can combine intermittent fasting with low carb diet.

Aha!
I’ve thrown myself into intermittent fasting years ago not really understanding why I was experiencing certain side effects and not losing weight. This audible gave me a few “aha” moments of what I was doing incorrectly in the past. I like how the science is explained and I love the success stories!
