About this listen

Do you feel like you are talking and talking, and your partner is never listening?

Do you feel like you keep saying the same thing over and over again?

Does your partner make promises, only to break or betray your trust repeatedly?

Is your partner controlling or just plain mean?

Have you read every relationship book out there, practiced your communication skills, and still feel unheard or neglected?

Are you done with second chances?

Should you stay or should you go?

We live in a world of romance and rescue - where everyone believes love will conquer all, and the more we put up with, the more loving we are being. It doesn't work that way. Sometimes we choose mean people, and before long we are in so deep, we don't know whether we are coming or going. One day you want to fight harder, and the next day you are ready to pack it in, and the next day you want to fight harder.

Should I Stay or Should I Go? is a survival manual, a guidebook, and a shot of reality. Some people will never change, and kissing frogs is the stuff of fairy tales, not real life. The Beast never turns out to be a nice guy (or gal). This is a book that breaks down what mean people do to us, how they do it, and what we can do to survive.

The right book at the right time!

I’m at the end of a 23 year marriage. I thought I was going crazy during the endless cycles of betrayal. I discovered this book after I had enough of a one sided selfish relationship and was searching for insight. It was utterly mind blowing to know that I was married to a text book narcissist. He had 28 of the 30 traits. After reading this book I have answers and an understanding of what’s been going on in my life. I had already seen evidence that he would never change and this book validates that through its diligent research. Narcissist will never change. I’ve lived an empty 23 years as concrete proof. Now I confidently will not second guess my decision to move on. The book is life changing and offers an in-depth assessment of narcissistic personality disorder. Reading it will give you the honest answers you’ve been searching for.

Pondering options in the relationship

This is a great book for people who want to learn how to spot narcissistic behavior before committing to a long term relationship, and also if you are already in a relationship and ponder your options on how to proceed managing the relationship. I found it practical and realistic. Great content.

Excellent information

It was difficult to listen to at times, because just as Dr. Ramani says, we all know or may be in relationship with a narcissistic behavior family member, co-worker or friend.

Great book!

When you aren’t sure, or even when you are sure you should leave, this book is a must. I’ve listened to it a few times now and I bought the physical copy. It has been a good companion to help me.

Excellent non judgmental advice

Most books on narcissism are highly biased to the negative and really unpleasant to read. This one was non judgemental and helpful for someone who wants practical advice on managing a narcissistic relation ship.

Life Changing

This book is so insightful with explaining narcissists and how the cycle of abuse impacts our lives. It also allows for self reflection and ownership in how you got into this type of relationship. And gracefully allows you to decide a safe plan on either leaving or staying. Thank you this book it blessed my life, gave me clarity and some peace.
