List of considerations for losing weight walking

The book includes a great list of all the things you should consider before beginning a walking program. Lots of great ideas about how to keep yourself motivated and focused once you begin as well.

I wish there were more specifics about name brand shoes like the different generic varieties to help understand the different types. Wish he had included the names of national hiking/walking groups like The Sierra Club and their websites.

While the narrator was very professional he had an announcer type voice so it didn't seem like a personal story about the author's experience of the walking like I had expected.
