Publisher's summary

Kat was a freshly graduated healer from the academy, ready to begin her life as a bronze adventurer with her three best friends. Together, the four of them entered the portal to their new city, ready to delve the beginner dungeons and gain fame and fortune.

Only three exited.

Forty years later, Kat emerged from an experimental portal to the nether-realm, eager to reassemble the shattered pieces of her life. But after decades trapped in the nether-realm, picking up where she left off is easier said than done. Join Kat as she battles monsters, makes friends, and attempts to live her life as just a bronze adventurer.

This is a slice-of-life litRPG-lite story, meaning that it will have stats and levels, but they won't be the focus of the story.

Great mc

I really liked this book and will be looking forward to book 2. The story, plot and world are all good but where this book really stands out is the Mc. Cat isn't one of those bland perfect characters and she also doesn't fall to the unbelievable stupidity that some authors think makes for good character development. The best way to put it is that Cat feels like a real person. 10/10 would recommend.

Epic story

Loved this gem! So much to enjoy from a MC that overcomes extreme circumstances, to lessons in how to handle inner team conflict, to the power of belief. I shared this story with my 10 yr old daughter shortly after it was published on KU and we both loved it. Was so happy to see it come to Audible as well. Well done narration, only nit picking I could say is that sometimes the volume when switching to some of the male characters was a bit low thus making it a little harder to hear. That said, loved the narration overall and bit of work with an leveling program would fix the only minor bump in an otherwise flawless performance.
