Each chapter is organized around a recommendation for taking action to improve your physical, mental, and emotional life. The author explains the science behind the recommendations without losing the audience in arcane details. Helpful for all ages, the author tells you how to keep moving through the changes of aging. I enjoyed listening to the author. The audiobook has an accompanying pdf of the exercises. Good for body and soul.
For brilliant inspiration, I highly recommend this insightful book. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it as I walked each morning.
