It just makes sense!

Simple rules that should be easy to follow. Kim makes it clear that there is no magic involved, but breaks down loosing weight, getting healthy, and following her six rules very enjoyable to listen to.

Shapira’s six simple rules are just that… SIMPLE

There's clearly a reason why Shapira's celebrity and VIP clients are so devoted to her, and have remained so for years on end. As a dietician and wellness expert, Kim Shapira is so incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and health - and in this book she relays her six simple rules in such a digestible, practical, relatable way. Her instagram feed is also super charming and informative, with daily takeaways which she dives into more deeply in this book. She is absolutely the best in her field, and luckily she's now sharing her wealth of knowledge and the amazing insights she's learned throughout her career with the rest of us.

This book was helpful in some ways.

The narrator’s voice was a little irritating, but she makes some good points. I would recommend.
