Truly insightful
After living with Fibro for 11 yrs, I have learned to live as Ms Shockley suggests. It’s taken me a good 8 yrs of many articles, books and holistic modalities to do what is outlined in this book. What she covers is extremely valuable to those of us learning to break free of our pain and those bad, life-long habits.
