While this is not a book that falls within the genres normally accepted here at AudioBookReviewer, it is one that carries important messages, guidance, and insight into all-too-common situations that a loved one (or even yourself) might be suffering through silently. This book resonates with me for various reasons. I suffer through anxiety/panic attacks and others in my family do as well so I had an interest in this book.

The author, Alexandria Sparks provides some valuable insight into how best to deal with these situations from deep breathing to avoiding those sensory overwhelming situations. As a self-help book, this one is informative with both preventing and dealing with these crisis moments.

The narrator, Paul Casselle, speaks clearly and with a smooth softness that enables one to hear truths and tips. His cadence was subtle yet consistent making the book listenable. The only downside to the book itself was the footnotes. I would suggest they be handled another way.

There were no issues with the production or quality of this book. The quality of the sound was crisp and clear.
