What a pleasant surprise!

What made the experience of listening to Mind Your Body the most enjoyable?

Joel has an easy style that makes listening very enjoyable. I commute 1.5 hours to and from work and I was riveted on this book that I listened to it twice before I realized it.

What did you like best about this story?

I enjoyed the honesty and straight forward approach Joel brought to this book. I had first seen Joel on a PBS special and was intrigued to see and hear more from him.

Which scene was your favorite?

I was pleasantly surprised by this audio book. I rarely use the word riveting, but I'll use if often in this review. The book makes you want to learn more, to be better, to understand yourself better. I'm happy to begin this journey with Joel.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed often at Joel's straight forward approach in his analysis when meeting people for merely a few minutes. Very eye opening for me as I could see myself in many of the situations he explained.
