This book was an inspiration and amazing to listen to. As someone who is a massive proponent of seeking out counseling, it definitely was refreshing to listen to Rachel's story. In one year, our son saw 11-15 counselors until he felt comfortable, don't give up if you are frustrated finding a counselor you click with; it's important in overcoming life obstacles. I still seek out my counselor once a month; I look at it as preventative, and if I need more than that, I up it. This book was easy to listen to, and I loved the scriptures throughout Rachel's book. Definitely worth your time to listen!

This book speaks to me in every way. The author's personal stories are so close to home that she is open and honest about all of her experiences and her quest to find God. She is absolutely correct when she talks about how easy it is to fall back into old habits and lose our way, but we must maintain our faith. I wholeheartedly recommend this book to others!

This is a beautiful autobiographical listen, which retells the author's path to recovery and challenging battle towards healing. I know so many people -some very close to me- who struggle with addiction, and finding a way out is a battle like no other. If anything, this is an inspiring story that will surely enlighten you if you are wanting to find a way out, or to better understand a loved one who is experiencing addiction and wanting to heal.
