This Audiobook is a Stress Melter!
I’ve been struggling with sleep lately and using this guide before bed has made a noticeable difference. The sound of the sea lions is relaxing, and the calming nature visuals help set the mood for a good night’s sleep. I still have a bit of trouble falling asleep some nights, but this definitely helps me relax and wind down. I can’t recommend it enough! Indeed a stress reliever!
