Amazing

This book is so creative, thorough, and well written. I love how every single part of nutrition and physical activity is covered and the methods talked about are so sustainable! Tips to make nutritious and delicious food

I have a teenage daughter and a toddler, and I try to feed them nutritious food every day. However, sometimes my “very healthy” recipes are not as appealing to them as the unhealthy options. I’m glad I got this audiobook, my favorite part was the recipes because they are delicious and healthy at the same time, yay! Finally, my children will be excited to try something new that looks good, tastes delicious, and is very good for them. I highly recommend this book.

Every parent needs this

Parenting is hard enough so it’s easy to feed your kids what you typically eat which is fine if your already nutrition conscious. But if you’re not then this is the book for you - learn everything your child needs to grow healthy and strong. Setting the foundation for them when they are young will help as they grow older to be less picky eaters and enjoy veggies, fruit, vitamin and mineral efficient foods as well.

Awesome concept

You are what you eat, and that applies to your mind. You eat junk, your mind will be filled with junk. This book is fascinating and I think everyone would gain eye opening knowledge from it. Loved it!

Brilliant!!
