Absolutely love Nic!
These books, I've listened to 3, are straight to the point! There is no fluff or crap that makes me say, get to the point already! I am very thankful and happy that I found these and you will too! If you have issues, and who doesn't, give these a try. you will not be sorry!

would recommend
bought this book because I was feeling more negative then usual and needed help getting out of a rut, plus I am behind on my annual reading goal. this far exceeded my expectations. I learned quick and easy tools to apply, some I have already been able to use such as reframing and asking if I'm okay in a moment of panic. would highly recommend to anyone who needs a pick me up or a moment to challenge their thoughts.
