Quick and easy way to improve how you experience life

I would suggest listening to this book multiple times along with using the accompanying one-page printout in between to help keep your experience of life to be one that you enjoy and cherish

Great read

This helps me understand alot of things about some of the sources. I was halfway thru figuring things out but this book helps with the rest of what to do.

These books, I've listened to 3, are straight to the point! There is no fluff or crap that makes me say, get to the point already! I am very thankful and happy that I found these and you will too! If you have issues, and who doesn't, give these a try. you will not be sorry!

how to navigate through a negative mindset

I have a very negative past growing up and with my first marriage so this book really has helped me. I have tried some of the tools Aunt they work. it just takes time depending on how much trauma you have been through. just give yourself time.! 😊

Power over fear.

Great ideas with a down-to-earth presentation. I learned so much about myself and how to work with the emotions that I fear instead of running away from them. This book has been such a benefit to my mental health that I have recommended this book to others.
