was given this audible as a present and that I am affected with however well-explained every construct and exercise is. I enjoyed the means completely different from Practical Meditation was explained. I'm a large exponent of meditation and this audible promotes meditation.

I would give this audiobook 10 stars if I could
I was given this audiobook as a gift and I am very impressed with how well-explained each concept and exercise is. This is the most useful audiobook on meditation that I have ever come across. Each chapter is both simple and profound and potent. The meditation on Day 4 with Mindful Eating was life-altering for me.
