A great informative audible for us!

I liked this book a lot! Most anxiety books only focus on one type of treatment for anxiety, promoting it as the only way to cure it. This book has a much more ample and better explained and sustained ways to cope with anxiety.

This audiobook has helped more than anything else

This audio book changed my life, much like everyone else who left a review. It brought me this entire new sense of hope and courage, and has allowed me to pass it onto others with crippling anxiety. I tell everyone with anxiety about this audio book.

This is a very good book

This is a very good book to help anyone who is willing to take the time to be proactive and work though their anxiety. It describes the mechanics of anxiety very well and is definitely a good tool to help fight it!
