Susan Pierce Thompson shares the science, the experiences of thousands of people and her own personal experience In getting food addiction under control. This book and her first book Bright Line Eating have been a game changer for me! So worth the read even if you haven’t read the first book!

Great follow-up to Bright Line Eating!!

Great book. All of us fall off the wagon from time to time and need a refresh or ReZoom!! This book is perfect for that time. I always enjoy listening to/reading books by Susan Peirce Thompson, but was new to Everett Considine. What a great author/presenter of IFS (Internal Family Systems)!! I really enjoyed the ‘parts work’ part of the book. So appreciate this book.

Finally I have all the puzzle pieces. I now can do this! Hooray!

I read Susan Pierce Thompson’s first book, BRIGHT LINE EATING which was so helpful! I lost 50 pounds, however, I still struggled to get the final 20 pounds off by keeping my lines bright! Now, by listening the this entire Audio book, REZOOM, I get it! I am now even more equipped to be successful. I feel so empowered. I recommend this book, REZOOM to anyone who desires to understand how to apply this powerful information. I now know how to apply this information to many areas of my life.

Riveting and Rings Completely effin Spot-On

it's hard to believe that any approach to food can work for those of us who have struggled our whole lives with it. but this book goes into what has not yet been explored about why we go off and believe we can never get back on again. and what to do about it.

A must have book in your library

The author, Susan Pierce Thompson PhD, has saved my life with her teaching. Her book Bright Line Eating is brilliant and SO IS THIS BOOK. You will find it highly recommended. For 5 years she has helped me keep my recovery from food addiction and alcoholism. This writing is collaborated with Everett Considine and he brings a solution to do the inner work necessary to maintain my 100 lb weight loss. Get this book for yourself and get one for that person you love that needs help releasing weight.
