I thoroughly enjoyed the narration of this book. In my own soul, I found some insecurities and feelings of jealousy towards others as well, which was something I hadn't expected before listening to this book. But instead of being ashamed of those feelings, I could just recognize that we are all human and I could find solutions to eliminating and confronting those feelings. I highly recommend this book, since it is, in my eyes, therapeutic.

Wow!, is my opinion on how Ian demonstrates exactly what you need to know about self-descipline, . He used proper examples and ideas that everyone experienced once or twice and used modern Events to explain things and how you can become discipline and not feel like a failure. Thank you Ian for spending time of creating this book. I learned so much and started implementing things in this book. I started to acknowledge success the right way towards Happiness
