They don't particularly want their kids to go to fancy schools, acquire riches, or live "the good life". They do want them to have personal integrity and high self-esteem, and to grow up with love and peace in their hearts. Children raised the Wayne Dyer way feel useful and needed. They are inner- rather than outer-directed. They live a stress-free life naturally, without resorting to drugs.

Many negotiation tools and tactics included
One of the things I appreciated most about this listen is how the author encourages listeners to be true to themselves in negotiations. She makes a convincing case that people who negotiate from a place of authenticity are more likely to achieve their goals, build stronger relationships, and feel better about the negotiation process overall. Having a degree in Psychology, I also appreciated the section on the psychology of negotiation.

Very Highly Informative, Detailed and Instructive.
It is not often you come across material that speaks so vividly to your situation. This book has achieved this, showing that getting what you need at any time is all about mindset. That you have the ability to achieve your goals through relevant negotiation skills and styles which are painstakingly provided in this book. There are negotiation skills and styles which align best with different personalities and needs. No one size fits all. A great book.
Every woman should get a copy of this book as a guidebook on how to handle negotiation in an endemic work environment.

So Powerful!
“Skills to be a Negotiation Genius” by Nichi Ayoka is a such a powerful read for women! To me, this audiobook was a little bit of a wake up call. I didn’t realize that the gap between women salary and men salary is so extensive and the struggles and limitations that lie ahead for women are much higher compared to men. Ayoka does an amazing job teaching women how to negotiate pay with real and effective negotiating tactics and to pursue them without fear. I loved the challenges, tips, and real life negotiation examples that Ayoka provides in each chapter. This audiobook’s tone is truly empowering and is a strong voice for women.

First off let me say I love the cover and title of this book! As I sat down to listen, I found how empowering this book is and I will no longer leave money on the table due to the fear of going along just to get along! Essential tool for Negotiation!
It comes with perfect timing. I was looking for more tactics in negotiation to improve my negotiation skills for my job. This offers a lot of strategies and techniques. Interesting
This was a great read. Loved how the author tackled the common myths that keep women from going after what they deserve. This book was a lovely reminder that we don't have to settle for pennies, and the strategies were great for making the change happen. I loved listening to this, and while I'm self-employed, the strategies will be wonderful for my negotiations with clients.
