whoa! this really helps
As an athlete/soccer player for years, I didn't know or my coach never taught me even once about soccer sleep. This audiobook just taught me how many hours of sleep do I needed to have the full potential of me during the game.
PS: I really love your books Dylan. They were all helpful and well-written. I highly recommend your books.

Another Great Book. So Much to Learn!
I never really thought of sleep being an important factor for a soccer player. Boy was I wrong... It makes sense that if we spend 1/3rd of our lives sleeping we should learn how to best do it. I now wake up feeling refreshed every morning with the help of this book!
