These books are nothing short of incredible. Usually with book bundles you get one good and one bad, both both books were, literally, life-changing for me and complement each other perfectly.
If you have social anxiety, shyness, low confidence or feel you lack in conversation / social skills then I highly highly recommend this bundle.

I know these books are about social anxiety, shyness, conversation skills, communication skills, anxiety etc but self-esteem should also be in the title as ultimately this is what I gained from both books!!! :)
