Great series of psychology books!

An awesome guide to Sports Psychology! This Sports Psychology for Athletes 2.0: Develop a Champion Mindset and Train for Optimal Performance book will show you the four sections to develop/build a winning mindset for achieving optimal physical and mental performance.

The first section is to develop a resilient and unbeatable mindset for achieving success and any goal in life. The second section will show you how to train like ancient Olympic Athletes and build a well-proportioned athletic body like the ancient Greek Warriors. The third section goes over how to easily get lean and fit with intermittent fasting. The fourth section gives you amazing tips, strategies, and techniques for optimizing your health and fitness lifestyle.

These four sections go beyond sports. The lessons contained in this book are practical and easy to use for athletes or non-athletes. Through it, I've learned how to control my emotions especially when I feel so much stressed and even when having strong negative emotions.

In general, it was quite informative and helpful to anyone who wants to build self-confidence and develop mental toughness.

Wonderful guide to have

This book gives a very good introduction to Sports Psychology. Most of the topics are specific and all related to sports psychology. My favorite part was how to become your own coach and self-motivate yourself to push yourself beyond your self-limitations in chapter Mental Toughness. It felt stunningly true. In reality, practicing with the team could be very boring and you could lose the main picture easily. It is always good to find a mental boost to not lose faith and this audiobook was a good help. Looking forward to listening to the next one.

Magnificent

This is extremely phenomenal, useful, and educational. This book has guided me to evolve into a stronger minded person. I can say that this is magnificent to peruse and I think this book is the best book for this theme. I am happy with this book.

Extremely useful! This is a great book to improve your game. Talks about mental skills as well as setting realistic and measurable goals. It is a very good book even if you are an experienced coach like myself or a novice.

Inspirational guide

I can say that this is an inspirational guide for young athletes that illuminates the importance of training the mind, body, and spirit to maximize their athletic potential! I've enjoyed listening to this audiobook with my 14-year-old son. We've had great conversations around the timeless lessons explained in the story. I'd recommend this book to any parent trying to instill a can-do attitude in their children.

Must-listen for any athlete

This book gives great insight into what it takes to be a premier athlete. It's a great book that provides a lot of attention to the psychological side of things. It's a must-listen for any athlete! Got it for my son so he can think about the mental aspect of competition. Would recommend it to young athlete last.

Thankful

All my quest is to become a champion athlete to pursue my goal and I was here to learn more of my mind and the training it needs to reach my goal. After completing this course or workshop I came to know that, I am already a champion. All I need to do is to keep updating my mental engine composed of these tools succeed at winning like Ancient Greek Olympic Athlete, organize and optimize health and fitness lifestyle, desire focus Conscious thoughts, sub conscious thought, self Image every single day in order to become the ultimate champion and win a world cup to my country. From here, I will be going to the workshop of habits and attitude of a champion to learn and train my mind by the Coach Epic Rios. Thank You Audible and Coach Epic Rios for helping me.
