Finally some relief
I’ve been experiencing lower back pain off and on for years following workouts along with some sciatic nerve irritation.
The stretches and exercises given in this book have helped decrease my lower back and leg pain tremendously.

Helpful information and guidance
I needed this book. I needed something short and sweet that got directly to my pain and then guided me through the steps to alleviate it. This book delivered. It’s referenced to give you what you need when you need it. I’ll definitely use it again and again just because it has those short sessions. Great presentation!

concise and efficient description of stretching and other exercises for lower part of vertebral column.
It should come with illustrations of course (so, I'd wait a pdf file here, with pictures).

Extremely helpful
I was really impressed by the helpful tips in this book, from sitting to laying down. I suffer from back pain and have gone through several years of understanding how it all comes together so I don't have to worry about it all the time. This book has been very helfpul, and is exactly aligned with all the medical and practical wisdom I have gained over the past few years. You won't regret buying this book!
